Unfortunately, I have had to use their services twice in the last two years. Fortunately, the service provided was exceptional. Susan, one of the owners, is very professional, caring and compassionate. My head was spinning due to the grief, but Susan guided us through the process. She made a terrible time manageable. Without pressure, she explained our options, even offering money saving ideas. Susan clearly feels genuine empathy for her clients, and it shows. The whole staff were terrific, and I highly recommend them.

There are several stages to the responsibility Susan and Jason took on. It started with them patiently sitting with my wife and her mother to create a burial trust. They were wonderful in explaining the trust and why and how to create it. It very accurately represented my mother-in-law's wishes and that minimized the stress of future decisions because they were already made. Next was when she passed, 6 years later. Seamlessly, they provided retrieval after a single phone call and got the process rolling on everything else. They reviewed the plans with us and made sure we were still comfortable with yesteryear's decisions. Then they arranged everything with the church and the cemetery for all else to happen with ease and without problems. The process of the wake went very smooth and they were very attentive to everyone's needs. Their interface with the church service was nearly invisible and appropriately timed. When we arrived at the cemetery all was in place and ready for us. Start to finish, they get six out of five stars. When you are going through this you really need someone to be steering the ride.
