Frazier-Mitchell took great care of my family needs, during the hardest days of my life; was the passing of my mother due to covid. The nurse told me the morgue was full, she was surprised to know that Frazier-Mitchell was coming to get my mother. Frazier-Mitchell pick up my mother within hours of my call. The staff there is outstanding and my mother was beautiful. Again I highly recommend their service.

I give this dump 1 star because that's the lowest I could go.That ugly old Frazier Mitchell looks like a stiff clay cold ghost.He has no emotions.He did a lousy job with my sister and my brother.My sister recently died and was taken to this dump site.He embomded her body ,did not clean or wash her face.He never offered my weeping mom and me any condolences,he just stood there and looked at us like he was dead himself,stiff and ugly with no emotions.It was very hot in there,he was too cheap to run the air conditioning.I wouldn't recommend him cremating my dog or cat.He acts and look like a dead emotionless corps.This filthy place needs to be shut down.

Mr. Mitchell and his staff did an OUTSTANDING job with taking care of my mother's services. They were available immediately when we called and allowed us time with her to say our goodbyes. They stayed with us in a professional and courteous manner at all times and always safely driving. They took care of me and I appreciate their services. I intend to use them for my services as well.
