My experience with Ross Mortuary was quite gentle by the staff. They realized that one needed comforting during this time of grief and they provided. My husband appearance was breathtaking. Ross staff did a marvelous job.

Losing a loved one is a challenging experience, but my interaction with Ross Mortuary brought me comfort. Mr. Locke's calming and professional demeanor ensured that every detail was taken care of. The day of the viewing was remarkable; my husband looked peaceful and natural, as if he were simply napping. I was overjoyed and found myself embracing everyone in the room, grateful for the beautiful presentation. Thank you, Ross Mortuary, for your invaluable support during this difficult time. Your kindness meant the world to me.

There really are no words. During my mother’s service, they had a very aggressive and unprofessional staff member interrupt my niece in the middle of sharing her love for her grandmother. She said she just wanted to make us aware of the time we needed to be out. She continuously yelled to keep everything short because we HAD to be out by 4pm. It was one of the most disrespectful and aggravating moments but I was so shocked that I couldn’t say anything. This lady yelled on multiple occasions and cut off speaker after speaker to remind us of the time we needed to be out. We left promptly at 3:50 to deter her from coming back and the young people from getting rowdy. These people ruined my mother’s final resting day, it was disgusting how they treated us. The owner fell asleep in the middle of his sentences while we were planning the service, we should have paid more attention. I know you can get overwhelmed and sometimes expenses may determine who you do business with, but please. Save yourself and everyone the hassle of dealing with this place, your loved ones deserve better.
