We had such a good experience with Miller Funeral Home for my sister years ago that we immediately researched them for my mom. They were again everything you could ask for during a difficult time. They were prompt in picking my mom up at Legends and so patient in answering questions. They gave us responsive points of contact and encouraged us to call with questions. Anna was wonderful at the initial meeting. She was so kind and organized and never pushy. We really enjoyed our time with her. We had the funeral on a Sunday which was not ideal timing but worked for incoming relatives and an already scheduled memorial fundraiser for some family members. Not once did anyone complain about working Sunday afternoon. We had a post funeral super at a restaurant and the staff helped moved people on to the dinner in a classy, polite manner. On Sunday, everything was organized perfectly. My mom looked beautiful and the day went so smoothly. The programs and slide show were beautiful. The facility was beautiful and in perfect shape. I can’t thank the staff enough! Monday morning, they organized the burial in Sisseton. Again, everything was perfect. Miller Funeral Home went above and beyond. Sara even checked in later to see if they could do anything to help with our grieving process. That was incredibly thoughtful! Thank you everyone from Miller Funeral Home. You are the best.

I had absolutely no idea what was all involved when my father had passed. It is literally like being handed a second full time job in a field you've never been in, and then being told you start immediately. I was entirely lost. Luckily, I was aware of what funeral home my family has used since I can remember, and now I know first hand exactly why. The staff at Miller Funeral Home are without a doubt an absolute blessing. Karl was there for me from the very first second, literally. Every single detail was handled in the most appropriate, comforting, informed, and guided manner. The entire staff was there for me on every level. They worked with me through every single step at a speed and process that was warm, safe, and comforting for me the entire time. My fathers funeral was the very last thing I was ever able to do for my father and also the hardest by far. Karl and the entire miller staff wrapped me up under their wing and together helped me through the process. My fathers funeral was just incredible, and couldn't have turned out any better in any way possible. I feel like a part of the Miller family during and after the experience. I can't imagine going through this without them. I will literally never look any other direction when it comes to funeral care. Very highest level of satisfaction and appreciation to Karl and the entire Miller Funeral Home staff! I am forever grateful!
