The nicest people and they do a wonderful job! I saw Michel funeral home on Facebook and thought the owners sounded like great people. When my husband died suddenly in 2019, I thought of Michel and gave them a call. They were very nice and Calvin walked me through exactly what was going to happen. They were with me every step of the way. My family has now used them for my step-mother’s mom’s passing and they just picked up my grandma today following her passing. So much comfort in knowing that they are taking care of everything.

God bless Calvin and Chrissy, the owners of Michel Funeral Home. Years ago when my Father passed away we chose Kutis Funeral Homes because that was all we knew. There were multiple other funerals going on at once and it was very expensive. In a time of grief you don't think to "explore your options" luckily Michel Funeral Home was recommended but a few close family members. Upon our first meeting with Chrissy she was such a breath of fresh air after weeks of trauma. She showed us around and it felt like "home" it didn't have a somber feeling or mood and it felt "right" for our family to say goodbye to our beloved Mother. They let us set up our "shrine" to our Mother that was a bit out of the ordinary to a traditional memorial service as we adorned her cremains with a floral spread unlike any other. Chrissy helped us pick a beautiful urn that we purchased at a fraction of the price to ones we looked at else where. They took it upon themselves to find my Mother's doctor and get her body where it needed to be in a timely fashion to have everything set, completely stress free for us, her children. When I say they went above and beyond I can't say this enough. They checked in throughout the night, offered anything we needed, had a solution before any issue ever arrose and we got to celebrate our Mother in peace. Michael Funeral Home is ONE family at a time, they give plenty of space to spread out, mourn but also have a chapel dedicated to prayer and mourning. It's never easy losing a parent but it was a divine blessing to have Chrissy and Calvin do my Mother's last honors. I am eternally grateful to them, their service and I would give them an infinite star review if I could. Thank you Chrissy and Calvin from the bottom of my broken heart.

We were so blessed to find them when our mom passed. With most every other funeral home booked out weeks, they had us in by the weekend. I live out of town, and it was a huge ordeal for me not to miss more work. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place to take the stress off our family. Even throughout the funeral, they made sure we were ok and had what we needed. The place itself is super homey and comfortable with many rooms to spread out and not feel so cranped in one space. Beautiful home for any celebration of life. I can not thank you guys enough for making the hardest time of our life such a breeze. Thank you!
