Wall Street Journal just did an expose on funeral homes that artificially gouge customers, adding extra expenses, hiding costs, and basically charging twice what they should. The govt allowed them to take a "class" basically in being honest and giving customers the real price and not adding unnecessary charges. When the WSJ and the Govt both say homes like this gouge customers almost 200% what it should cost, take note. And for decades the bad homes were allowed to not be reported to the public. WSJ had to fight hard to get the info from the govt regulators on which homes are gouging customers.
