Michael went above and beyond. My grandmother passed away and Michael was the local choice. From the start, he was responsive to our calls, questions, additions, etc. He was the epitome of professional and respectful and he tailored the experience to our every desire. Everything he was responsible for went perfectly. When there was a mixup at the cemetery (not within his scope of responsibility or his fault), he took off his suit jacket, rolled up his sleeves, and helped with the vault relocation. He was in constant contact with the family and the cemetery until the issue was resolved. He even called after resolution just to make sure there were no other hangups. 10/10 would recommend.

Upon needing funeral home services when my aunt passed away at the end of October 2014, Brian, at Tait funeral home made us feel more than welcome and greatly put the minds of the family at ease.He gave us much needed information and answered many questions. Brian and Morgan did a wonderful job making sure all of our needs were taken care of and went above and beyond the call of duty more than once. I greatly recommend their services to anyone as the need arises.

My wife recently passed away and the Tait Funeral home handled the arrangements. Brian Tate was assisted by Morgan Cowherd. They both did an excellent job and made me feel very comfortable in their abilities. They had a professional dignified presence from the very start and it continues today.
