Thank you so much to Mr. and Mrs. Deters for handling my mother’s arrangements and service so professionally. As with many families, my mother’s death was unexpected and they worked patiently with us to give my mom what she would’ve wanted. An additional thank you to Elise who was so very kind and accommodating before, during, and after my mom’s service. Furthermore, Mr. and Mrs. Deters called us the day after the funeral to follow-up and check in on us. The kindness, professionalism, and courtesy of everyone was much appreciated and did not go unnoticed. Thank you again.

The funeral home is decent as long as you don't have any children to bring with you. Days before the funeral, the director kept suggesting to my mom to find babysitters for all of our families' children if we could. Our whole family was at the funeral so that wasn't possible. The whole time the kids were confined to one room if they got a little rowdy he was upset. I was stared at disapprovingly for changing my daughter's diaper on a couch because there aren't any places to change babies. The other two funeral directors were nice but the main one was rude even to adults and made a comment about my husband's accent and he could tell he wasn't from here. Yes they did a decent service for my aunt but we didn't like how the main guy was rude about us having our kids there. So I would recommend it only if you have no children that will be attending.

Mr. & Mrs. Deters as always went above and beyond my families expectations when it comes to this difficult time in anyone's life. I have to say it put my mind at easy when I knew my father was in their hands for them to prepare him for his final resting place. I have to say they did a wonderful job on my grandmother 20 years ago that as soon as my father passed away they were the first people we thought of to call. I would tell anyone that is going through this to give them a call. GREAT PEOPLE!!!! Thank you so much Mr. & Mrs. Deters for your support in this time of sorrow.
