My experience was unique as I was the power of attorney, then executor of the estate for a dear friend. It was a difficult experience. My friend had already made arrangements for Metrocrest Funeral Home to handle her final wishes. They worked with me so well and helped me through the process. They delivered her ashes to my home and were willing to do whatever I needed. I appreciate them very much.

I pre-arranged for my mother's finger prints to be taken for memorial, they were not. I pre-arranged for a picture of my mom's tattoo to be taken, after her cremation I was informed this is not allowed. No one told me this before. The funeral director G, had no empathy, didn't apologize, and just agreed that it is too late and too me I should have told her that beforr hand. I have an email with the pre-arranged requests. We also told the 2 gentleman that transported my mom. My mother's personal belongings were to be we were told to choose mom's favorite outfit for her to wear and that the clothes would returned to us, they were not. Everything I wanted for remembernace has been burned and G didn't care one bit. She should not be in this business I left a message for Sam Russell to call me to discuss the problems, no one called me.

We were treated just like family & the exceptional service is second to none. They took us in in our time of great need & never left our side. We are forever grateful!
