I write this with a heavy heart. We trusted Memories Funeral Home to respect our family wishes. The service was the only beautiful part of this whole ordeal. To start the day off our chauffeur arrived late making the family late for sitting before viewing of our loved one. All the obituaries didn’t match leaving some family members and friends without the final testament and letters from family and friends. Now 2 months have passed its 3/21/24 we have finally got our loved one back but still waiting on our personal urn necklaces with the last of the remains and paper work. And we didn’t get to choose the urn . But this is due to the fact the funeral home is overwhelmed with services they had 20 people before our loved one. And shouldn't had took on any more families on at the time. I can only imagine how many they have now. Please choose someone who have time and respect for what you are going through.

I can’t begin to explain how much of HUGE impact this funeral home has left on my family , from the services to the limo , to the vault , to the singer that sung at my moms funeral , and the fact that shawn made my mother look 25 again , i love you guys and thank you so much for this great experience you guys have left on my heart !! I would HIGHLY recommend anywhere in this area and surrounding areas , to use this place of business for your loved ones home going service !! Much love to memories from my family .

My Friend family use this funeral home. And I can truly say this was the worst funeral Home staff and business I gave ever send in my Life!!! I didn’t know if I was at my Friend Funeral or a total stranger… My friend look ridiculous, A mess! They should be Ashame… Then the car was old and Very very dirty… I said, Damn they could at least wash the cars! I felt so embarrassed for my friend! Memories Funeral Home should be shut down… until further Notice!
