They buried (four) family members for me and every time , we had to come in and sign off on documents, and complete everything I never felt rushed, prodded, or like it was business as usual. All the logistical items were clear, and they took the time to explain everything in detail. They definitely took our feelings and emotions seriously and that was very much appreciated.
