They are truly amazing people! I couldn't get my pics to send more than 1 at the time through email and he gave me his cell number so I could text them which was much easier. Then after I sent photos I had a couple that failed to send and I didn't know it until after he had already made the beautiful slide-show for us. I contacted him and let him know what happened and he made us a new DVD with no problem. It might not be a big deal to some people but it truly was a sign of God's Grace to us. I'm truly thankful that Ms.Karen at Cape Fear Crematory sent us to McNeill Legacy funeral home to purchase our slide-show and bulletins. They have been such a blessing to us and so affordable during these difficult times. I definitely recommend their services to anyone in need.

Duncan Mackie and his staff were incredibly helpful, professional, available, knowledgeable and compassionate when we needed their services this past summer. Without them, I don't know how we would have navigated through all of the arrangements needed during the difficult loss of our loved one.
