They went above and beyond. Their kindness during this difficult time made our decision and the process seamless for us when we didn’t even have a clue to what we needed to do. We will always be grateful to them. It takes a special kind of person to balance business and sensitivity in this profession and the whole staff has what it takes. They have been wonderful and I recommend them 100%.

So very compassionate beforehand with our preplanning questions and then when that sad day came they were once again helpful, prompt and extremely compassionate. Now even as time has passed they still reach out to make sure we are doing well and without further assistance with our grieving.

I’ve never experienced a family death especially taking care of the process, Julie (our hospice nurse) had heard about Fairhaven Funeral Home and recommended them to us. I contacted them, it was the middle of the night but got a quick response, Andy guided me through the process and took care of business for us. Mom was in good hands, his demeanor was calm and gentle, I appreciated his compassion. When I met Hannah I couldn’t have been more impressed with her sweetness and care.
