After the more than painful loss of my Mother, Andy and the staff were wonderful. They were able to do exactly what we wished with our Mother, didn't try to sell us anything, and gave us more than we had asked. As it were, myself and one brother pushed to have her cremated-- which is exactly as she had wished. Our youngest sibling made the process more difficult and things took longer than they should because of his in-cooperation. Andy made sure that the proper paperwork reached him, in another state, and was patient with our unique situation. They did everything they could to help us during our tragedy and didn't pressure us in any way. I would recommend this place and these people. Kind. Compassionate. Understanding. No pressure to spend or to do anything we didn't want. Debra, the office manager, almost missed a doctor appointment as she was addressing my concerns and helping me with paperwork. For those who find themselves with unexpected, unplanned heartache as we had, I would say they are experienced and amazing to work with. No one wants this to happen, it's good to know there are places who want to actually help when it does. I'm grateful.

This crematory was the most helpful and caring about our families profound loss. Mark was the most helpful and respectful. Did not know this place of business from any other but am.so glad he was referred... any post stating different is petty and self centered.
