If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional. They will let your loved ones rot & decay and put them on display like it’s normal. They don’t handle the deceased with dignity & care! Just disgusting this funeral home needs to be shut down & investigated immediately.

My Brother-in-Law, resided in Brooklyn, and was killed in a tragic accident. The entire family resided on the west coast and I contacted McManus to assist us in making final arrangements. Anthony was outstanding in managing the issues of this tragic death. Anthony was available to assist and provide information throughout the process and the family was appreciative of Anthony's devotion to his duties.
