Bad experience. Was told by one guy he had to get to his kids game so we needed to hurry to bring clothes. Felt cold and selfish at the time of grieving our mother. We were told to find pics so hair and makeup could be done. At the viewing looked like they rushed and didn't care to look at her pictures to even try to make her look similar. She wasn't maimed or disfigured at death. Charged for hair and make up but didn't do her hair at all. Combed it flat and probably didn't even wash it before hand. Looked nothing like our mother. None of her pictures had her look anything like she looked there. Very upsetting. Everyone agreed and told the guy there. He didn't care. They didn't bother to put her rosary we gave on her. When we asked where it was it was in a bag under the blanket at her feet. Great place, right? Didn't do make up other then foundation and lip stick. Again, pictures were sent. Didn't put undergarments on like we were told to bring. They made arrangements with cemetery that were NOT approved with by family costing extra unnecessary money. Other then Mickey, the others there seemed rather cold and uncaring of our concerns told to them at the time. DO NOT recommend and WILL NOT use for future elderly family.

The staff truly understand what a delicate time it is when needing services. They were extremely knowledgeable and kind making my experience bearable. Mickey is lovely and was there for me and my family during the hardest time of our lives. I can't speak highly enough of the true compassion and tenderness shown, which is something that is so needed.

If i could give them a 6 stars I would Mickey and the entire staff was amazing over and above our expectations Our 89 year old mom passed and myself and my sister couldn't be more happier
