Brickman did a wonderful job with my dad’s service! He passed unexpectedly but they were able to make arrangements quickly. We had good communication. Compassion during a difficult time.

Won't let you play music or will threaten being sued. Some of the workers, (owners?) are very rude and disrespectful. No tact or compassion that you would expect from Funeral Home professionals dealing with grieving people, quite the opposite, they went out of their way to make it difficult. They thought someone was going to sue them for playing a generic classical song on a slideshow at calling hours for my Grandmother. They said, "Mute it or I will take it." I assured them I purchased the song online but they didn't care. Very weird experience. So if you wanted to play your loved one's favorite music during calling hours or play a slideshow, look elsewhere.

My aunt passed away 2 days ago. Two individuals came (a man and a woman, didn't get their names) to pick her up and take her to the funeral home. They were very professional and caring and told us to let them know when it would be okay to get her. They were very careful with her as if she were made of glass. They asked if we would like her face to be covered or uncovered unlike some other funeral homes. They are also very reasonable as well. If you want your loved one(s) to be treated with the utmost respect, this is the place to go.
