This is a horrible place to go for your loved one!! I agree with a previous review by Charlie H. We experienced the same thing. The funeral was an absolute nightmare and when we complained NO one would get in contact with us. Emily who was supposed to be there to handle the funeral was no where to be found once the services were rudely interrupted. They claim to help out in your time of grief but they cause more grief and stress!! I would never return to this funeral home again!! They are rude as hell!! They disrespected my father to the fullest extent!! The only time they contacted us was to say the death certificates were in and would we like them to be mailed or go pick them up. We called to pick them up but again got their voicemail. It took them a week to return our calls. They work with riverside national cemetery and the communications between them was also a nightmare!! We were told different things from both parties. Nothing was correct and the whole service was less then 15 min!! Heather, Emily, and McKays you should be ashamed of yourself!! Their way of trying to fix what happened at the funeral was to offer to redo the services. You ruined it already!! I would NOT recommend this place!!!!

This is the worst place you could go soon as they give a absolute mess of a "service" they avoid you when you try to contact for the death certificates, as if you're not going through such a difficult time already. AVOID this place your loved one deserves better. Noncommunicative, takes no accountability, sneaks things on you AT the event. insanely unprofessional.

McKay's Family Aftercare has done a wonderful job with my sister. The time and care they put into her for her final appearance on earth was nothing less than spectacular. My family would like to thank the staff for all of there efforts.
