We recently used Fischer family funeral services (no relation to me) for my mom's funeral. It was such a wonderful experience working with Mark. His professional and kind approach to helping us arrange absolutely everything was so comforting and stress free. He walked us through every step leading up to her funeral and followed through afterward with necessary business. He willingly arranged his schedule the day of the funeral to best fit our needs... even though it made his day longer. I could not imagine a better experience. Oh... and Mom looked beautiful.

We went to Fischer twice in the past 3 years - once a month ago for my mom, and three years ago, for the extremely tragic loss of my nephew. Both losses were very difficult for my family. Mark was amazing. He was compassionate, tactful, and knowledgeable. He handled everything so that we could focus on grieving. The customer service was really incredible. In both cases, there were challenges (one was during the height of covid and the other for the family matriarch) that required some creative problem solving and special requests. Everything was handled with such grace and dignity. It meant a lot to us. As far as I am concerned, there is only one funeral home in Saginaw!
