Lois Dale is the ONLY reason that I myself personally chose to go agree to have EB to assist when my Pastor brother laid my mother to rest. The man up front near my heartbeat's casket was evil and rude in his attitude towards me. This wasTOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR on his part. Where do you hire people as such. A STATUE or a MANNEQUIN has more class than that IDIOT. Lastly, please remember....JUST because they have suits on doesn't mean they are compassionate people....
