I attempted for over a month to secure a contract on a burial plan with my father’s life insurance expecting what I believed to be an easy process. However, after receiving no responses to multiple emails and phone calls, I was forced to use another facility. The new facility handled our need within 24 hours of contacting them. The lack of response from McGilly & George was completely unacceptable. The ladies in the front office were exceptionally wonderful. However, they are not the individuals that complete the contracts. My father entered a long term care facility and we had to secure an irrevocable policy. The lack of response created more problems for us than expected. If they were not in a position to secure what we needed, I would have appreciated this communication instead of ignoring my multiple e-mails and phone calls. Completely unprofessional.

I was very impressed with Mr. Haster‘s presentation. He answered every question we had and provided us with valuable information we plan our funeral needs. I was extremely impressed with the cost of the services that we requested. They were far lower than we expected. No detail was left out and our wishes, for a simple service was set forth in a clear and precise plan. As a couple approaching our golden years, It is comforting to know that we will not be burdening our children with this matter.
