Justine came out and shared all of my options, explaining all the things, and walking me through scenarios. She was friendly and the process was simple. I feel so much relief knowing that my girls won’t have to make these decisions or pay when it’s my time to go, and they can focus more on their grief than the business of death.

My grandmother passed over the weekend. We met with this funeral home to confirm the details of her pre-planned cremation and services. The initial part of the meeting with Marie went well. They had a second employee come in afterwards who left us completely horrified. This woman told us she was here to talk to us as a second contact in the chance we couldn’t get ahold of anyone and needed questions answered. She then proceeded to pitch us an offer for pre-planned funeral services for future use. Provided what felt like a coupon that she said was good for 30 days and locked in current pricing. I was floored that while planning my grandmothers funeral I am also being urged to purchase a package to bury my parents, who are sitting right next to me. It was incredibly inappropriate and honestly just gross.

Funeral home was very helpful in advising things to accommodate my for my sister's remains. I would highly recommend this Funeral home to anyone. They kept me up to date on the cremation and burial. All I can say is that they did a superior job getting things done. They rate 10 star if it goes that high or the highest star possible. McGilly & Frye Funeral Home is superior for all needs.
