My family would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone at McDonald Keohane. You have provided funeral services for both of our parents over the past few years and everything about our experience during an extremely difficult and emotional time has been nothing but positive. Most recently we got a call at around 2:00 am that Mom had passed. My sister and I were there at 2:30 am and contacted you shortly thereafter. We got a phone call back almost immediately saying Gary was on his way. Gary arrived in a short time and was so compassionate to us. The reverence he showed with the way Mom was transported out under a beautiful quilt was very comforting. Gary allowed us to walk our Mom out with him and assured us she was in good hands. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The next morning I spoke with Corinne and set up an appointment to come in and make the arrangements. Two of my sisters and I came in and, again, were treated with such compassion. Corinne made us feel at ease through the process and completed everything very professionally. The day of the service when I pulled up with my own family Gary came right over to greet me by name and put me at ease. We met Francesca the morning of the service and she did a wonderful job with our large family at the Funeral Home as well as at the Church and at the cemetery. She was also very compassionate and very professional. Everyone we encountered and interacted with associated with your organization was absolutely top notch. We realize this is what you do for a living and this is a normal day for you but the way you do it is truly amazing. You are all very good at your jobs and we appreciate you. During what was a very difficult time in our lives, losing our dear Mom, my sisters and I had a comforting and positive experience with funeral director, Corinne Leary, at Keohane Funeral Home.
