I highly recommend CC Shepherd and their staff. The professionalism, support and kindness they all showed to my family was unconditional. Rachel went above and beyond to make sure everything went seamlessly as our loved one was being received from another state. Our brother recently passed away. He was buried at Bourne National Cemetery with our parents . He was allowed to be buried there because of his special needs. His burial was almost held up due to a governmental paperwork mess up that Rachael untangled and fixed on our behalf. Rachael Pina spoke about our brother at his service. She spoke about our family , the outpouring of love and support our brother had during his life as if she were the family historian. She warmed our hearts on this difficult day with her kindness , understanding and compassion for all of us, especially Terrence. Rachel is the hidden gem at CC Shepherd's Funeral Home.
