Butler did an exceptional job assisting me with organizing my brother's funeral. I was in Nashville, TN and had to communicate remotely(phone/emails) to plan the funeral in Illinois. From my very first connection with them and throughout the planning process, they always responded very promptly and definitely had a willingness to assure I my wishes and requests were taken care of.The day of the funeral, all of their representatives were so very professional and compassionate. I am beyond satisfied with Butler, and very highly recommend them. They made a sad and difficult situation so much easier and I will be forever grateful.
