The service provided by Fagen-Miller was so good I would feel awful not leaving a review. "FM" support started from the moment my mom passed away and they came within the hour to pick her body up. They led my dad, brother and I thru the process of selecting a casket, colors, prayer cards, thank you cards, felt boards that we could put lots of my mom's life pictures on, the color of her lip gloss, the way her hair would be done, her nail polish color, her casket flowers. It is always painful when someone dies, but the funeral process was not painful. They took our hands and made us even smile several times. The day of the funeral, two "FM" people guided the entire process. They made everything perfect--and I really mean perfect. They took care of sign-in books, of making sure everyone knew their role, of moving flower arrangements, of having everything set up early so even when I arrived early, everything was set. I could not find a way to thank these people enough. My mom looked absolutely beautiful. I feel good that she is resting in peace.
