Zach and his team went above and beyond. I am so beyond happy with the service and how streamlined the everything was. I had specifications with my Nanis appearance and requests for her viewing and they exceeded my expectations. I was not looking forward to planning this, as this loss was very very hard for me, but the whole team made me feel like they were family, so attentive and caring. Zach was so timely when I had any questions, the beautician (I think her name started with a C) was so caring to understand what my beautiful Nani looked like and went above and beyond with my hair dye request, the service was beautiful and was so nice to have help with the men helping with transportation and the burial service. I hope to not need any arrangements in the near future (with all due respect) but know where to go to do things right, with McAulay and Wallace. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. Starting with working with Zach Bassell who had a very professional but not overly endearing demeanor. Very informative and experienced. When we were undecided about something he would make a valued suggestion from his experience. He was very helpful in every way and this whole process was plain easier with his help. The chaplain Greg Anderson was exceptional as well. The staff present for the viewing were very helpful and polite and looked sharp and respectful for the occasion. The mortician did an exceptional job making my mother look very beautiful and peaceful… a lot better than when I last saw her. My last sight of her was more positive and peaceful. M & W made me feel relieved that I opted for open casket, and that it was the right choice. They all did such a wonderful job; And also for my grandmother back in 2018. I couldn’t imagine a better mortuary out there despite the grim circumstances of losing somebody.

I believe Suzanne was new when she assisted us a year ago. She didn't introduce herself to me or acknowledge me until I HAD to ask her name. Also, she caused a huge family debacle as she didn't know the life insurance we had for the decedent was ASSIGNABLE. So that means the funeral home gets paid withing 48hrs, not 2-3weeks like she said. Sadly, the family debacle hasn't been resolved, nor will it be. Train people better so they can assist better during the biggest hardship in life
