We recently had our fathers funeral at Humes. I think they did a wonderful job. The work done on my father was very natural. They were very compassionate. I was very pleased how organized the whole process was. My mother was very satisfied with their service.

I am utterly disgusted by the lack of empathy and nasty attitude from some of the Humes employees. As we were mourning the loss of our brother, near the end of service we were asked "Have you said your final goodbyes yet? I need you to leave immediately". Just a complete lack of compassion as they rushed all of us out of the home. You would think a funeral home knows how to act professionally in these circumstances, but they made us feel like we were a nuisance.
