It saddens me to provide a negative review but I don't want others to have a similar experience to my own. We started working with this company but needed a quicker timeline than they said they could provide, for various reasons. I don't know the details of the process so don't fault them for that. However, I was able to find another funeral home who could help me in the requested timeframe. The fee I was charged for the change was significant and nearly twice what another person I connected with was charged for the same service. I did not feel that the company cared to hear my perspective. Losing a parent is a really hard moment, and in contrasting this service with the other that I am now working with, I felt a real lack of empathy for our challenge. Since this experience I have heard from others in the community who had similar negative experiences. Update: I reached out to Rodney after the response to my review, but a week later they have chosen not to reply which confirms my review stating they lack empathy and want to warn others of this negative experience.

It was a very difficult time but was made easy with the assistance from your staff. Every detail was done complete and within limited time. Many of my friends were amazed at how quickly all arrangements were done especially the legal documents. This agency was chosen by my husband before he passed. He always had a keen eye for perfection and it showed up brightly in all the arrangements and details. Thank you for your guidance!
