Unprofessional. Didn’t follow families wishes to have another family member sing at funeral, due to her friendship with a distant family member who didn’t agree. Returned personal belongings including sentimental jewelry to the friend (distant family member) instead of to son or Grandson (Grandson was executor of the estate and it should have been given to him). Grandson had to end up hire lawyer to get jewelry back. Grandson paid for 10 death certificates which were all also given to distant family member (who had no use for these and should not have gotten them). Should not have had to hire lawyer to sort this out. Seems that she let friendship and personal relationships get in the way of her doing her job.

They listened to everything we wanted to make our mom’s funeral everything she would of wanted. They checked up on us and truly cared about our family members.
