I was referred to Marshall-Spoo when my dear friend was in Hospice care and I was tasked to make pre-arrangements. I am very grateful to Kailee and her staff in how they handled everything during a difficult time. Even while having to work from home through COVID-19, they were always available. It was a smooth process, they were very respectful and professional. Marshall-Spoo was an excellent choice and I highly recommend their services.

My dad passed away early in the morning. I waited as long as possible to call an they answered, not a service! They had someone out within 2hrs of my early morning call. They were kind, courteous and very respectful to us but what I found the most surprising was how loving and caring they took care of my dad. You would have thought it was their loved one. They were observant in noticing my dad was military and upon removing him from the house they draped him with an American flag to show him that respect. He was being cremated so there wouldn't be a casket so to see him draped in the flag was so touching. I asked if I could take a picture and they allowed me to take pictures and be with him before leaving the house. I later went to the office to set things in motion and from the moment I walked in until I left I left with such confidence in knowing that my dad was in amazing hands, that I could leave him an know he was ok there that he'd be safe until we were finished. Mike was amazing, he didn't rush me an made me feel my dad was his only priority. He's taken time to answer all my questions and put me at ease through this process. He handled the individual boxes of my dad's remains an locks of hair. They were given to me as if they were a cherished gift. Every detail had been thought of from start to finish. Marshall Spoo mortuary isn't a big company but big isn't always better and can't think of anyone more professional than Marshall Spoo Mortuary.
