Honestly not that satisfied. My family hired them for my brother’s wake. First mistake is they put “daughter” on the casket instead of “son.” Not sure how that happened. Their customer service needs a lot of work - they give you attitude for asking questions as if it’s too much trouble for them to give you information. You have to constantly call to even get an update. We were left in the dark with regards to the process of getting the death certificate. They failed to coordinate with another funeral home about the transfer of my brother’s belongings to us until we told them about it. On top of my brother’s death being a total nightmare, our experience with this funeral home has not made it any less easier.

I would not even give this place one star but unfortunately you have to in order to write a review. Customer Service over the phone is horrible. I agree with the review left by others, the place acts like your pulling teeth when asking them questions or for information. People have just lost a loved one so you would expect the funeral home to show a little empathy. i do not suggest anyone use this funeral home unless they want to feel even worse about the loss of their loved one!
