From our first call to get help and information, Mr. Danny was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained all aspects in detail and confirmed everything will be done. All the paperwork and permits were taken care of by them. We got military honors for Stephen, which was extremely beautiful and very important for him. Symonds-Madison Funeral Home was beautiful, and everything was organized perfectly. The Memorial Service went smoothly and was so beautiful. This has to be one of the nicest funeral homes I’ve ever been in and I don’t try to make a habit of it. It was very warm and welcoming. They took care of my uncle’s service and were completely accommodating. Not to mention that my uncle’s appearance was so pleasant and peaceful. It was comforting for loved ones to see him in that way in hopes that his final moments were peaceful. Mr. Symonds is a true gem. His team was also very helpful when I asked for an attendance notice. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and they made it easy for my aunt to make a few payment arrangements if necessary. We couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out and I couldn’t recommend this place more to anyone in need. I also appreciated the walk in announcement for my uncle. Everything was just very, very nice.
