Our initial interactions with Concord Funeral Home were by phone or email, as we live out of state. We found the staff with whom we interacted to be kind, knowledgeable and very accessible. Everything was handled appropriately and efficiently. When we came to Massachusetts to manage some of my mother’s estate, we made a point to visit, to meet and thank Glenn Burlamachi. He was very caring and pleasant, helping to make our overall experience positive. Our interaction with his staff was also consistently positive.

Glen and his staff were so helpful during our time of need. They treated my family with respect and dignity from the first point of contact. They were compassionate and caring and there were so many things they took care of for me without even asking. I cant thank them enough.
