When my wife passed away unexpectedly, we called Dee Funeral Home, largely on the basis of the many 5-star reviews online. It was the best choice we could have possibly made. John Arena and his colleagues provided the support and guidance that we sorely needed during our time of intense grief. Not only did John effectively handle the many details involved, he made sure we had a full understanding of everything that was being done. He made a number of excellent suggestions as we worked through the numerous decisions to be made. He did all this in the most comforting and sympathetic manner. He was available at any time of the day to answer questions as they came up and continued to do so throughout the months between my wife's passing and cremation in January and her interment and Celebration of Life in June. He was the one we relied upon and trusted to aid us at the must difficult time in our lives, and he was always there for us.
