My experience with the staff goes back a number of years, and more recently this summer. They continue to provide professional assistance with kindness and compassion. This time was somewhat different-there was no service;-I was there to place the cremains of my husband in the crypt. This called for advanced preparation and timeliness, and everything was in order. Mr.Williams managed the process for us, and we are grateful.

Matt, Kirsten and Wayne were GREAT during the loss of my loved one. The entire team was phenomenal. We had a specialized experience where our cremation memorial service was held at the Tubman Museum in downtown Macon. Both snows and Tubman staff work together to make our experience fantastic and impactful for our loved one who was a bright star in the community!

Upon the passing of our 97 year old Mother, my sister called Snows Funeral Home and they sent Randy. He was exceptionally thorough, professional and courteous. I had to drive from St Augustine, FL to Macon and the next morning my family met with Randy and other staff members to plan the services and begin the administrative requirements on behalf of our Mother. We couldn't have asked for or found a better group of true professionals to care for our needs for end of life's journey for Mom. They provided sound advice and made us aware of ways to offset certain costs for services. We are forever grateful for the entire team of professionals at Snows and I am providing the "highest recommendation possible" to this stellar group of troopers.
