They are great people and try to accommodate the needs of the family. We have lost several family members in the past few years and they provided exemplary services. We were pleased because they listened to us to fulfill our requests. Calk them, if you ever need this type of service.

Mr. Charles Hicks was wonderful with my Godmother's prearrangement process. He was very polite, passionate, honest and professional in all aspects of our needs. The prices are also very reasonable and I am pleased with how he explained everything and even going through the itemization of all the options. I recommend Hicks and Sons to anybody who's in need.I helped with my loved ones arrangements in the past and I have to say this was the best experience I had ever had. My family laid my grandmother to rest July 9, 2018. Her burial was paid in full before the end of the month. We were told by Hicks Mortuary (who provided the funeral services) that her head stone would be in place within a couple of months if I’m not mistaken. Needless to say, it’s mid January and the head stone isn’t there. The owner(which is supposed to be a distant relative) will not answer phone calls from my family nor return messages. It’s hard enough dealing with burying and coping with the loss of a loved one but to be handle in such a manner is a disgrace. They have been unprofessional and neglectful in this matter and deserve a public review of this horrible experience. I’m not sure if anyone else has experienced this but I wouldn’t want anybody to, or even consider doing business with a “business” who would intentionally avoid a bereaved family. I hope this spreads accordingly.
