My mom passed away almost 2 months ago I feel like Amanda was one of my best friends through this whole entire journey/Watkins they have been here through thicken and thin called me when they got my mom and called me when everything was happening through the process. I was unsettled even about my own self until I met them If you're looking for a smooth process and want the best for your loved one please choose them.

While working with Chuck, everything went very smoothly and all arrangements were made with consideration to detail. Since his departure, the rest of the team has made multiple unacceptable errors. Much to my surprise, I found my loved ones remains in my vehicle after the service when I was told the remains were to be taken back to the funeral home for burial. We also had issues obtaining accurate death certificates. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this funeral home in good faith. In a difficult time of mourning, I believe high standards of communication should be upheld to minimize effort and stress on the family. This was the opposite of my experience with this facility.

If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Chuck, Megan, and the whole team treated our family with such kindness, dignity, and respect during the most trying time of my life. We needed an urn vault to bury my father, and the whole team stepped in to help us plan a small service. My Dad died in a sudden, tragic car accident, and it was an incredibly emotional and raw time. Even though we only bought an urn vault from the funeral home, Chuck came and provided a small service and prayer as we laid my dad to rest. We had no idea what we were doing, and seriously, without Chuck, it would have been a mess. Chuck came to the cemetery with a sentimental gift for us and had done some research on my father. He refused to accept any payment for the service, even though he spent his Sunday at the cemetery with us. He handled cemetery arrangements and was just so generous. Watkins Brothers truly care about their customers, and you can tell they do not do this for the money, They are one of the few companies NOT attempting to take advantage of grieving people in their darkest times. Chuck, you were a bright light in the darkest of times, and we are indebted to you.
