It’s difficult to imagine that an experience like dealing with a funeral home would be so positive but the staff at both the Milford and Brighton locations are amazing. My family has had the unfortunate need to require their services a few times but we can not say enough positive things about them. From the very first phone call we were put at ease and knew we made the right choice. The man who came to the care facility was so compassionate and calm. He was not in a hurry even though it was in the middle of the night. Every time we had a question or wondered about something no matter the time of day - or night, our phone call was answered, by the same woman who always seemed to be there 24 hours a day and able to give us an answer. They created amazing memorial folders, prayer cards, and a wonderful video collage of our photos that will be a treasured keepsake. The staff that was there for the night of visitation were so helpful and available but never intrusive. The team at church for the funeral guided us through everything. Every staff member we encountered was so helpful, caring and knowledgeable we felt like we were their most important customer. Lynch’s are the best in the business and we would never go anywhere else!

I just found out that the same Lynch and Sons staff that operates the Milford facility, manages the Brighton funeral home as well. The Brighton community will be well served by this family owned funeral home. Their staff is personable, compassionate, and full of knowledge and kindness.
