I am sad to have to write this review after the experiences that I have had as a florist in the Green Bay area working with this funeral home. They have been extremely rude and insulting to me and my staff every time we have worked with them, including the owner Rob.We are providing a service to the family and are well known for our sympathy tributes in the area- the family has hand picked out of our books things that they love, and to be greeted by the owner of the business with such language, insults and blatant disrespect is appalling. Our work is based on the clients wishes, not the funeral home's lack of creativity. For the manager to do the same thing, in a house of God, and then to send a fake email pretending to be a "Domanic" to our company saying that, I, the owner, needs a reality and personality check and how much of a joke I am, stating that I do not know the difference in a full and half size casket spray- pretending to be the average customer, when the average person does not know these terms.I had my SEO guy do a search from where the person filling this information came from, and to be lied to by the manager, Charlotte-is shameful. These families want these designs, they lay perfectly on the caskets, and they are the only funeral home to complain in the area about our art & our designs. The families always come back after and say, you gave us our money's worth, and you told our family member's story to the T- that is our goal- we do not work for the funeral home, they do not work for us- we both work for the client- always. The past week the director, Sam, told one of our valued clients that they refuse to work with us, finally our client had to make it clear she wasn't backing down about it- she was working with us. The son of the deceased told me that he wanted a statement and I told him I would give him just that. I put in the notes that "per families request, so funeral home couldn't complain, there will be a large casket spray"- to warn the funeral home so I wouldn't hear about it, once again, in another house of God. Not an hour later did Sam call, and I knew how it was going to be, so I put it on speaker phone, my entire team was appalled at the way that she chose to talk to me on the phone. You do not have to like me, but we do need to respect one another for the clients' sakes. There is no reason to talk to me, or anyone, at any point in such a way. We are doing as the client requests, and that is all that matters. I write this publicly because no one should be talked to and humiliated for doing their job- if I did a bad job, arrived late, sent out bad product, different story, but because they have something against us, that is absolutely uncalled for. I have spoken to multiple other funeral directors in the area about this and they all agreed that none of this was called for. You signed oaths out of mortuary school to uphold the dignity of all life, living and deceased- you need to respect your vendors, and the families wishes too. We all need to work together to help give these families closure and peace of mind, not play games and favorites.

Samantha was amazing! The care and compassion shown to my mother, my brother and myself was truly from the heart. Samantha took care of EVERYTHING so we could just grieve together and be with family. Sam I will never forget how much you and Blaney Did for us at such a painful time. Thank you!

Can I just say that, Sam is one of the most wonderful, caring and compassionate people, we’ve ever worked with! She is an amazing person there. When my dad passed away, she made sure ever was done accordingly. Made sure we were comfortable with pricing and everything, to get his cremation done!! I HIGHLY recommend her!! Everything she explained was spot on and easy. She took her time with everything and just listened to me. If you ever need help with anything, after your loved one passes, I recommend Sam.
