I am from NC and my identical twin passed away as he was living in TX. I flew to TX to begin the process of bringing him home to NC. Lucas Funeral Home in Keller, TX was extremely caring and helpful in this process. The passing of my brother was sudden. So I was going to TX “blind” so to speak and Lucas Funeral Home site manager, Marcie Russell was a personal angel to me and my brother’s kids in making some difficult arrangements and navigating the process of bringing my brother home to NC. I will be forever grateful to Lucas Funeral Home and Marcie for the kindness and understanding they extended.

That mold is something that is so cherished and you are SOOOOO appreciated! It’s PERFECT! Thank you for taking the time with me and never rushing me in any decisions needing to be made. In addition to that you always allowed me to include my children in those decisions! That meant the world to us and my daughter felt so incredibly loved and blessed making decisions and being included in creating the beautiful handouts for her daddy’s service! I can never truly express our gratitude and appreciation to each and everyone who had part in this process with Lucas Funeral Home! You are all very special and a talented group who shows kindness and compassion! I felt so loved on and uplifted during the process! Thank you again for everything! Lucas funeral home in Keller handled a memorial visitation for my family in memory of my daughter. Marcie Russell represented Lucas in a very professional, yet caring and compassionate manner. My family and all the guests were very impressed with the facility and the arrangements we had set up.
