I met Michael Neddo today when we were doing a community memorial for a person that lived in Matthews. Mike was handling this person’s funeral arrangements. I have to say how nice it was that Mike showed up to our memorial. He brought a guest book and stand for the community to sign and stayed around talking with everyone. What an impression he made on me with his kind gesture of taking time out of his day to stop by. Thank you for being so kind and caring.

Recently we selected Lowe-Neddo Funeral Home to handle our mothers funeral. My sister and I could not have made a better selection. We can see why having a family owned Funeral Home is the best way to take care of your love ones final preparations. The owner Michael and staff could not have been more professional! They ensured that everything was planned and executed perfectly. Michael made himself available to address any of our questions or concerns. He truly believes in removing the stress families have during this different time. This review only echo's the years of outstanding serve people have posted to his site. This Funeral Home is the area's best!

Owner is friendly and great to work with during funeral planning. Afterwards, however, he ghosts you and does not respond to needs/requests. Will no longer recommend this business to others. Very disappointing.
