I had went with another funeral home in the beginning, and they just were disappointing. I called Dr Lori and explained the situation. Her and her staff were exemplary. She answered every call to her and every question asked. She was polite, professional, and caring. I would recommend her services to anyone. Thank you again, Dr Lori.

Dr Lori made her way in a thunder and lightning storm to my home to assist us in arranging the cremation of our beloved infant grandson. With this tragedy and horrible weather she was still able to share a few chuckles with us which was much needed. Thank you from our family for your professionalism in helping us guide our daughter during her loss. You are truly a blessing.

Edit 2: Notice that the owner does not take personal responsibility for her actions in any of the negative reviews. She claims that my bad review is because she is a person of color. How does she not know that I'm also a person of color. She is trying to distract from her unethical business practices. Edit 1: Owner is saying she never served us. That's right, because we couldn't work with an unethical company. Original review: Very unethical business practices. I would not trust them to handle the cremation of a pet, much less my loved one.
