The wifi must have dropped or their phone died while live streaming and they lost a portion of my mothers service. Instead of telling us we have been calling back and forth since Nov. we cannot purchase her home going celebration as it is broken into 2 videos. I left several messages and keep getting the run around, to only notice my mom was the only service, that failed to be recorded in its entirety. We have accepted that it is lost and cannot be retrieved, with no confirmation or apology from the funeral home. Aside from updating the “gift/cake” given from funeral home, and having 2 recording devices to ensure a keepsake for families, no other issue.

Haywood Funeral Home displayed great compassion and professionalism while working with them. They have been a staple in the community and have received overwhelming and well-deserved praises for decades. The family has continued to evolve in the business over the years as they have expanded, taking into consideration the needs of individuals for loved ones who have to utilize their services while maintaining a family feel.

Very serene, calming and peaceful atmosphere to reflect and appreciate the purpose and gratefulness of life. The staff were professional with compassion. I'd only make a recommendation to update the music. This location is convenient and a jewel of the community.
