My mom had most of her funeral already planned. We just had to make the final arrangements. Shelby was such an enjoyment to speak with. She is such a people person. She cared about every detail and put no rush on the family to come up with an answer. She made mom look so beautiful. She even took the time to paint her nails. The person she got to do mom's hair did a wonderful job also. I would highly recommend them when it comes time to take care of your loved ones. I, and my family, really appreciate all that she, and the team at Livingston Butler Volland, did.

We felt gratitude for the personal attention given to our family and for guidance with necessary decisions in a difficult time. Our wishes were discussed and followed thoroughly allowing us to focus on our family and friends.
