Excellent service from the initial contact until the picking up of death certificates. Lisa is one of the best in the business. Our family has used her services several times and have been extremely pleased at how well our loved ones look, considering how sick they had been prior to their deaths. I can't believe the low ratings I have read regarding Lisa's services. My family used her services in 2003, 2005, and recently in June 2024. Also, I'm aware of extended family members who have used her services and they all raved about the professionalism and the quality of her work. I would definitely use her again and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great funeral home to care for their departed loved one.

Lisa and her staff handled our loved one and us with the upmost care. Lisa has the right amount of customer service skills when dealing with families who are grieving and may not always be easy to deal with. Lisa's ability to listen, be compassionate, and have empathy as well being able to communicate accurate and clear information to help with the planning of services were greatly appreciated. I must admit I was disheartened to see some negative reviews on this funeral home and cannot help but wonder what is the other side of the story? My family would highly recommend Lisa and her staff to a family who has lost a loved one.
