Mr. Crouch was so personable and thoughtful. He makes you feel at home from the minute you walk in. He makes the entire experience of losing a family member a much easier process. The funeral home is beautiful.

Mr. Crouch did such a great job. He was very honest about everything. I would very highly recommend this place and can almost guarantee you will be satisfied with his services. I vote this the best funeral home in Cecil County! I will definitely continue business with them.

I attended a funeral at the Crouch Funeral Home today. This review is from the point of view of someone attending the funeral, not the bereaved family. The funeral home is small, but very nicely decorated. There is both street parking nearby and a parking lot right behind the facility. The service was dignified, the sound system worked perfectly, and the lighting was neither too dark or too bright. Mr. Crouch, the owner, greeted attendees at the door and made the service start reasonably close to the scheduled time without intruding himself into the ceremony any more than is customary in the funeral business. I have known Mr. Crouch for many years. He is a very good person.
