Flowers were bought directly from Lindsey’s buy flowers option from an obituary and they did not deliver the flowers to the funeral service they then said no one delivers flowers on Saturday. Had to go to pick the flowers up at Lindsey’s no call nothing. Wouldn’t recommend buying flowers from that option they could care less

Attended a funeral today. Very poor service after the funeral in Paducah. Gravesite was in Mayfield. No one knew where to go, and they took about half the drivers and quit stopping traffic. Nothing saying where the gravesite was at, so we finally found someone that knew, and followed them. The people from your company seemed to not know what was even going on. I approached the employees after the gravesite. I brought up that they did not block traffic for over 20 cars, and we had a hard time getting out. They should have held traffic. The driver of her car, replied "Well you should have all stayed together." I replied we were all at the church waiting, lined up, but could not get out due to traffic. He did not seem to be concerned about that, was more interested in smoking his cigarette. Not very professional at all. A church member went out and stopped traffic so we could get out of the parking lot. I will not suggest using them, very poorly done.
