Mr. Don was phenomenal. He made an awful day slightly less awful. They worked quickly, but never once made me feel uncomfortable. He let me take my time filling out the sheet as I was arriving right after my dog had passed away. I fully recommend him. He helped me bring her in, and gave me a moment to say goodbye to her yet again after bringing her back. I could not recommend this crematorium more.
