We are fortunate to have him and the team to lean on during a most difficult time in life.

My wife had both of her parent's pass away about 2 years ago, and she loved the care that Bill and the staff at Leppert gave to her and they took such great care of all of the arrangements for her parents. When my wife suddenly passed away in July of 2024 I knew exactly who she would want to take care of her. They basically helped guide me though a terrible situation and did most of the heavy lifting through this whole process. Everyone's situation is different and they seem to be able work wonders during your darkest days.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with Leppert Mortuary & Crematory Services. My mother had pre-arranged her funeral services with them, but unfortunately, they failed to communicate effectively and carried out her wishes as intended. Specifically, there was confusion about what was included and what wasn't in her plan, and she was misled about the follow-up process. As a result, her plans were not executed as she had hoped. Additionally, I was disappointed to see that there was no attempt to contact family members beyond the Power of Attorney, leaving us feeling disconnected from the process. The cremation service itself was also not dignified, as my mother was not properly dressed waiting for cremation . We had to take one final glance at her in the hospital gownshe died in the nursing in Even though seeing her body for before cremation is a private thing only attended by her children. She was in attired in a way properly suitable for the occasion. The use of a cardboard box and a cheap motel-style conference room for the memorial service was also unprofessional. Furthermore, I was shocked to learn that despite having funds set aside to cover additional expenses, Leppert Mortuary & Crematory Services has yet to release the money, making it difficult for me to find a suitable final resting place for my parents. I would strongly advise others to avoid this business unless they are willing to ensure that they can follow through on their commitments and communicate effectively with family members. It's essential to have clear understanding of what is included in the services and have a plan in place to notify loved ones of important decisions. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can help
